In my capacity as Operations Manager I ensure that the customer expectation is met with respect to quality, technical requirements and delivery deadlines.  I am supported by great production, manufacturing and engineering staff that are all committed to achieving customer satisfaction. Whether it is a new a new custom moulding enquiry or an issue with existing product I will endeavour to assist.
